Registration Information Access Rules:
Domain names registered in the name of a registrant- who may obtain:
On request, CIRA will supply any person who wishes to initiate a Proceeding against a Registrant in respect of a domain name (the “Domain Name”) based on paragraph 3.7 (b) of the CIRA Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy http://www.cira.ca/en/cat_dpr_policy.html a list of the dot-ca domain names registered in the name of the Registrant or, if the name of the Registrant is unavailable via WHOIS, a list of the domain names registered in the name of the same Registrant as the Domain Name.
Domain names registered in the name of a registrant – procedures for obtaining:
The request must comply with the applicable procedures.
Registration Information Access Procedures - Domain names registered in the name of a registrant :
1. A request for a list of the dot-ca domain names registered in the name of the same Registrant as the Registrant of the Domain Name must be in the applicable form.
2. The form must be completed and signed and sent by postal mail or courier to the address specified in the form.
3. CIRA will respond to the request by email as quickly as possible after receipt of the completed form.
4. CIRA reserves the right not to respond to a request that CIRA believes for any reason is not made for the purpose of helping the person on whose behalf the request is made to initiate, or to decide whether to initiate, a Proceeding under section 3.7 (b) of the CIRA Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.

Name of registrant(s) whose domain name information is required or, if the name of the registrant(s) is unavailable via WHOIS, specify the domain names with respect to which the requester seeks a list of domain names registered in the name of the same registrant. At least one of the registrants must be the holder of the domain name registration for the domain name identified in 3 above or one of the domain names must be the one identified in 3 above. (Note: The request can only be for 1, 2, or 3 registrants or for 1, 2 or 3 domain names.):
6. As the requester, I certify that:
a) I have (or if this request is made on behalf of another person named above, that person has) Rights in the Mark identified in paragraph 4 above;
b) This request is made in good faith for the purpose of deciding (or if this request is made on behalf of another person named above, assisting that person to decide) whether to initiate a Proceeding under the CIRA Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy against the registrant(s) named above or, if the name of the registrant(s) is unavailable via WHOIS, against the registrant(s) whose domain name(s) is listed above, and for no other purpose;
c) I am eligible to initiate a Proceeding as described in section 1.4 of the CIRA Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy or I am validly authorized by the person named above to request this information and that person is eligible to initiate the Proceeding; and
d) All the information set out in this request form is true and correct as of the date on which this form is signed.
